E.ON is always looking for good employees. So why not ask the own staff whether they know someone who would fit the position and suit the company? For the communication of this HR project we invented a socially active employee with a generic name: Stefan S. He knows the project – and makes best use of it. The campaign posters show the fictitious application images of Stefan S’s acquaintances and their relationship to Stefan S. In this way we were able to explain the program in a few words – and Stefan S. found many (real) imitators.
