As a corporate university, the E.ON Academy designs tailor-made education programs for executives and young employees together with selected strategic training partners. As “Learning Competence Centre” it furthermore offers training programs, symposia and dialogue boards for other internal target groups. Our task was to make the entire programme more user-friendly – and to replace the analogue index catalogue. The result: “My Executive Curriculum” – an intranet platform that, with the help of filter functions, creates individual training plans and presents them in form of a brochure.
