The E.ON research initiative has been supporting researchers and teams at universities and institutes in a wide range of topics relating to energy management since 2007. Under the research initiative E.ON has already provided 18 million Euros for international projects. It serves the objective of making the energy supply of tomorrow cleaner and better. E.ON AG commissioned us to design the trophy which was to be awarded to the winners. Our idea: the trophy as a symbol for ideas and for research – a symbol that gives the award a face.
